1. Who we are

Revise.vn is operated by Lampy Tech TNHH, a Vietnamese limited liability company registered in Ho Chi Minh City. Contact: hello@revise.vn.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. One person, one account. Users under 16 require verifiable parental consent. Schools using Revise.vn under an institutional pilot are responsible for collecting that consent at enrolment.

3. The coaching principle

Revise.vn provides AI-generated coaching feedback on essays. The AI does not write essays for you. You are responsible for the academic integrity of any work you submit to schools or examiners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Revise.vn to harm others, generate hateful or illegal content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the AI prompts or rubrics.
• Share account credentials or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• Submit personal data of third parties without their consent.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in Settings. Refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of a billing period if requested within 7 days of payment, in line with consumer protection practice in Vietnam.

6. Disclaimers

AI feedback is a coaching aid, not a guarantee of any examination score. Scoring rubrics are approximations of official rubrics; final marks are determined by the relevant examiner. Revise.vn is provided "as is" with no warranty beyond what is required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Lampy Tech TNHH's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Revise.vn is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable prior notice except in cases of fraud, abuse, or legal demand.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
