Paper 2 — /20
Cùng 4 criteria như Paper 1 nhưng áp dụng cho comparative essay hai văn bản.
Individual Oral — /40
A. Knowledge, Understanding & Interpretation (10) · B. Analysis & Evaluation (10) · C. Focus & Organization (10) · D. Language (10).
HL Essay — /20
Cấu trúc giống Paper 1 nhưng áp dụng cho essay 1200–1500 từ sinh viên tự chọn hướng.
Cách tính điểm
Marks chuyển thành grade 1–7 theo grade boundaries mỗi session — boundaries do IBO công bố.

Phân tích & đánh giá authorial choices.
Criterion C
Tổ chức focus, paragraphing, coherence.
