Khác biệt giữa các band / cấp độ
Strong (20–25)
Voice rõ, chi tiết specific, reflection earned, câu chuyện có arc.
Middle (13–19)
OK nhưng có chỗ generic, reflection bị telegraph, arc lỏng lẻo.
Weak (≤12)
Template, sounds rehearsed, claims không có evidence, hoặc là activity list.
