Rubric giải thích
Rubric phân tích 3 hàng, tổng 0–6 điểm.
Row A — Thesis (0–1)
Một luận điểm defensible, có thể bảo vệ được, phản hồi trực tiếp prompt. Nên đặt ở introduction.
Row B — Evidence & Commentary (0–4)
Sử dụng specific, relevant evidence và giải thích evidence đó support argument như thế nào. Điểm 4 yêu cầu analyzing multiple rhetorical/argumentative choices.
Row C — Sophistication (0–1)
Thể hiện hiểu biết phức tạp: nuanced argument, effective rhetoric, hoặc style vivid và persuasive.
Cách tính điểm
Row A + Row B + Row C = 0–6. Ba hàng độc lập: bài có thể đạt 0 ở Row A mà vẫn đạt 4 ở Row B.
Khác biệt giữa các band / cấp độ
Q1 Synthesis
Đọc 6–7 nguồn, tổng hợp ít nhất 3 nguồn vào một argument.
Q2 Rhetorical Analysis
Phân tích cách tác giả xây dựng argument.
Q3 Argument
Lập trường về một chủ đề với evidence riêng của học sinh.
